For some reason XP thinks I have 2 users logged on?
This just occurred this morning & I have had no problems
before.
When I launch Peachtree Accounting software, I receive an
error message that states "another user has Peachtree
Accounting open on this computer. Before you or any other
Windows user can start Peachtree Accounting, the other
user must exit Peachtree Accounting."
I am the only user on my computer & the PC has only one
User Account (that I can see)? Is there an Administrator
User Account that I can not see?
Peachtree support advised me that it is a Windows problem
that they are unable to assist with. They advised that
with my current User Account in Windows, I do not
have "write" access to the Peachtree files which is why
Peachtree is not allowing me to access the application.
I've tried setting up a new User Account & that does not
work. I've tried re-installing Peachtree & that does not
work.
So at present I can not access my Peachtree files.
Any/all help would be appreciated!
