XP upgrades

I have a blaster worm problem. When I try to download
security buletin KB824146 to upgrade XP, I can download
it but it will not install. Help please!

Have you removed the worm from the registry as well as the file? What
errors are you getting when trying to install? You can call MSFT support
for assistance with this as well if you would like someone on the phone with
you.
