XP Upgrade Lost my Address Book & All Messages

I had a large number of importqnt messages saved in my
Windowes 98 OutlookExpress Program along with all my
addresses.

This all disappeared when I upgraded to XP.

Is there any way I can recover this.

Click Start, Search, All files and folders, enter *.dbx for your messages
and *.wab for the address book. Just be sure to go to the "More Advanced
Options" and check the boxes for system folder and system and hidden files.
After locating the messages and address book locations, in OE just click
File, Import, messages and point to it's location. Same for the address
book.
