xp upgrade can't accept EULA

When the EULA window pops up there is no "button"
allowing me to accept the license on the screen.
Therefore, I cannot update my computer.

This may be resolved by performing the following steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Internet Property from the drop down menu
4. Click on the Connection tab
5. Click on the Lan Settings button
6. Remove the check mark from automatically detect setting
7. Remove the check mark from Use automatic configuration script
8. Click Ok and close Internet Explorer
