I have a Windows 2000 and Windows 98SE installed. I
cannot find a way to uninstall Windows 2000 which I am not
using so that I can upgrade the 98SE to XP. Can someone
please help?

Assuming W2k is on a second partition, 98 on the C drive, you should be able
to boot with a Win98 startup disk and sys the C drive (sys c: at the A
prompt, preferably using a bootdisk with no RAM drive, www.bootdisk.com).
When you reboot it should go straight to Win98, no boot menu. Then just
format the drive that W2k is on, or delete the files.

There are a few files you can delete from the C drive, but I don't remember
which for sure, and I don't think it would matter since you're installing
XP.
