xp upgade problems

MIKE VENINI

I upgraded to xp from win98 and now i have all kinds of problems with
software programs not working or being recognized in some cases! NAV 2003
will not run or uninstall. are there any options short of a clean install
where I might get this thing going, thanks for any help JAFO
