XP updates on small network

Is it possible to download the most recent update for XP
Pro to one workstation on a network and share it with other
workstations without each station having to connect
directly to the internet? For example, I can download my
latest Virus Scan updates to a mirror site on our network
which the rest of the workstations can access without
having to directly connect to the internet.

You can go to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/catalog/en/default.asp
and download each update as its own file and then share the update files
with your other pcs.
