Tom,

Click Start, Run and enter TASKMGR.EXE Click Ok. Go to the Processes tab, locate the SYSHL process and highlight it. Click End Process.

Next, open a Search window and enter SYSHL.* Use the Advanced options to search hidden files and folders and to search subfolders. You may need to go to Control Panel, Folder Options and adjust your settings there as well to show hidden files and folders. Once you find the file, delete it.

However, you may want to consider booting your machine in Safe Mode and rescanning with your antivirus software, first.
