xp style vanishes from appearances

can any one please tell me why my windows xp style is no
longer found in appearance or theme settings in the
display properties. One morning i booted up to find
classic style settings, and when i opened appearances in
display properties there was no longer an option for
windows xp style on the windows and buttons tab, nor an
option for it in themes. only the classic option remains.
i like xp style so would really appreciate some help from
somebody who can tell me how to recover these options

Well I think the styles are stored here c:\windows\system32\resources\themes although I could be wrong... besides... you should be happy to get rid of that damn ugly green & blue theme :p
