XP startup protector?

Does anyon know of a product which will protect the startup 'folder'
on XP? I want something which will prompt when anything is trying to
be added to the startup.

Spybot 1.4 includes Teatimer. Teatimer will alert you before allowing
any changes to the registry. If you weren't expecting a registry
change, disallow the change. This will help prevent malware from adding
some startups to the registry.
