does any one have any information about this spontaneous
shut down that is happening to Windows XP.

DELL, of course, is of less than no help and refers you to
Microsoft on line service, but XP shuts down before I can
access any possible help.

Microsoft simply states they are experiencing a high
volume of call, call back later.

Anyone experiencing this and know how to deal with it?

thanks

Last, but not least, consider purchasing and installing a good
internet security package, such as:
