XP Spell Check in Outlook Express

MS Knowledge Base #308078 confirms that Spell Check does
not work in Outlook Express on XP 64 Bit Edition. The XP
Home Edition is 32 Bit but Spell Check still doesn't
work. Is there a solution? Will it work in Outlook?
 
have you got Word installed? (Either as part of Office or the latest Works?)
