Outlook Express Language Question

I'm using Outlook Express version 6. I also use Office 2007. When I used
Outlook Express with Office 2003, spell check ran fine. Now with Office 2007
the language under Tools/Options/Spelling is French and French is the only
option in the drop down list. Does anyone know why this has occurred with
the installation of Office 2007? I use English in Office and spell check
runs fine there.
