No, you'll need to purchase a "full version" of Windows XP
in English, reformat your drive and install it. Then you can

Hello Ray:

In addition to the answers already received, I suggest you purchase
the English version of XP and install it to dual boot with the Spanish
version. That way, you'll be able to use both languages by
selectively booting to the one you wish. The disadvantage of course
is the expense of two licenses and purchasing programs both in English
and Spanish.

I have no problems. I use any english software with my XP
spanish version.
Don't know why friends say it isn't possible.

Be carefull about Office Ihad more or less the same question and
