hello! first sorry my english i´m from Portugal...
well the situation is: i can download in micrisoft update wend comes to
instalation it fail´s in first step. them i´ve download the file to my
desktop to extract later and then the systtem gave me back an error : Q327101
kernel. OK great, so i follow the instrutions remove the creative pack´s and
notthing then i pass to step to i remove /kernel= in sistem configuration and
nothing again heven i tried to download in english nothing nothing.. well i
hope you people hunderstend what i write to give mi a answer... thank´s

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update,
from Microsoft Update, or by using Automatic Updates after
you repair a Windows XP installation

(Try it even if you did a clean, not repair, installation.)
(Try it even if you performed some sort of restore - not repair install.)
(Try it even if you did an upgrade installation.)
(Try even if you think none of that fits...)

Do all suggested methods.

( Visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and do a custom scan after each
method/reboot. )
