After SP3

Hello again!!!
last time i was here it´s for problems with downloading SP3. Now i have a
biger problem, hell with your suport and with microsoft i manage to download
SP3 but wend i´ve restarted my PC jesus everting is mess up taskbar were is
it, startmenu same ting the icons gon everyting shortcuts, startmenu,
taskbar, adressbar, and now my pc crash all the time, i dont have any backup
disk. to write this message i take about 2 hours because the sistem dont find
the internet connection. any sugestions??? thank´s any way in advence and
sorry my english and if any body nows to write in Portuguese a really
apreciated! thank´s again

I guess you will need to uninstall SP3

youy may have better luck doing so from safe mode


hit F8 while the machine is booting...
right after the bios messages

OK thank´s for the support but my bios dont allow to doo that dont ask, i´ve tried all ways since i´ve but (pursege) the PC it´s a BIOSTAR and on their website i´ve loking for and notting, but thank´s any way!!!

NO!!!

that is NOT a bios setting

just wait until the bios message comes up

then hit F8 just before the operating system loads

then you can boot to safe mode and uninstall sp3

NO!!!

Alternately, if the OP can get into msconfig, on teh Boot tab, /Safeboot can
be specified, which will force booting into Safe Mode.

Once SP3 is uninstalled, run msconfig again and de-select /Safeboot.

ok but i cant open any thing wend i hit run in startmenu the system crash
i´m tring to go to control panel to make a partition to instal my XP SP2
again but i cant system shutsdown and restart do you now a shortcut by the
programs because it´s the only thing that work´s the system dont crash in
here i´m loking in file of the programs Windows in the topic of philo what i
sayd is true cannot go in safemode, one of my friend´s also says that i´m
crasy about this until the moment he comes here and see, i now it´s crazy but
true no safemode msconfig i´ve try system crash.... sorry my english it´s not
good and thank´s i´m seing you all have good opinions but tell mi more to
solve this ok

hi it´s mi again i made a search in the topics and the situation is diferent
but very similar the topic is Serious error, can't access My
documents,control panel etc.
and i have tuneup 2008 tell me it´s real the incompatiblity of this program
with XP or any other windows too, i have speedupmypc3 to
