XP SP2 with MoveUser.exe lost folder owner.

Now I have a same problem. maybe same.
Problem is only XPSP2. I'm trying OS, w2kSP4, XPSP1 XPSP2.

Run below.
1.MoveUser.exe HostName\OldUser HostName\NewUser /y /k >>successful
2.logon Newuser >> OK
3.check aprications. Here happenined. office excel is dosen't work.

The "Microsoft" Under some folder owner is lost..The folder "Microsoft" ACL is OK.
I'm preFix the problem manual operation that get folder owner. Check ACL relation is unsuccessful.

but you know, I am afreid another apprication happen too [owner is lost].
help me please !!
