I always used pack and go successfully. Then I loaded 2003 version of
Microsoft powerpoint and pack and go is not available. The only option
available is package to CD. When I click on copy to folder it does this ok
and has sound. If I copy the pps file or email it the sound is lost. Can
anyone help me with this problem?

Dear Biker Jeff,

Try zipping (right click > Send To > Compressed Folder) the resulting
Package for CD folder and attaching that to an email. Although that's kind of
messy.

Or, if you use wav files for sound, those can be embedded and you won't need
Package for CD.

Hi Sandy
Thanks for your reply.I zipped the file and when emailed, it did not open as
a slide show. I had to unzip it and all the files where separate ie; autorun,
gdiplus dll, intldate.dll, OZ day, play, playlist, pptview, ppvwintl.dll,
pvreadme, saext.dll, Slim Dusty(mp3 file),unicows.dll, When I click on OZ
day it opens up but no music. Don't know about wav files but will try and
find out. Thanks again
Please contact me by email if it is easier at (e-mail address removed)
