XP SP2 - System Stalls on Reboot

I installed SP2 this morning and have not been able to boot my system
since - not even in safe mode. When I try to boot (normal boot) the system
just stalls on black screen. In Safe Mode, I get a STOP: 0x0000000A blue
screen message. Tried to repair Windows installation (twice) but still
unable to boot computer.

Help! Any ideas.
