XP SP2 download.

Just tried to download WINRAR. No dice. Is this big brother version of XP
stopping the download. Any clues as to get round the problem.

Hi Jupiter.
I tried lowering the security settings from Medium to Low in Internet
Explorer-Tools-Internet Options-Security. It worked. Sad that I had to go
through all that just to download a small Winzip programme.
What of the less informed or less adventurous souls out there who are stuck
with no reason why they can't download what they want because Microsoft is a
acting as a censor.
