XP SP2 and Internet Explorer Problem !

After installing SP2 , I recieve this error with IE :

""Microsoft Internet Explorer
Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page. As a result, the page may not display correctly.""

I also enabled all the ActiveX options for IE and also turned off Internet
Connection Firewall , but the problem still exists .

Can anybody help me?

Does this happen on every webpage or just one? If just one, try putting
that site in the Trusted Sites list.
