What do you mean "Windows XP inbuilt software"? Please elaborate. You can
reinstall Windows XP from the, erm, Windows XP CD.

Sure! Use the CD you purchased from your local retailer along with the Product
Key on the jewel case or package it came in.

I think they are trying to ask about the bundled software
applications that the computer seller included with the
computer. If that is what the OP wants, the answer is only
available from the computer store or the mfg'r such as Dell
or HP/Compaq.

Some software may be available on-line, but you almost
always have to have a CD for the applications such as
OFFICE, WORD, WORKS or any commercial software.

The only built-in software in XP is on the XP CD and can be
installed (or removed) using the control panel/ add-remove
software-Windows components.
