xp shut down

I've tried everything I can find to no avail. Everytime I
attempt to shut down my computer it reboots. I've tried
power option changes. I've looked at regestry values. I
dont know what to do next. Please help

Have you tried enabling APM?

Worked OK for me when I had that same problem.
