XP Service Pack 3

I have deployed XP Service Pack 3 at home for testing purposes. I received it
through my Technet subscription.
I was told it is a "Ticking time bomb" because it will disable my OS when
the RTM comes out. Is that true?
Here is the version I installed:
en_windows_xp_service_pack_3_release_candidate_1_x86_60967.exe
Self-Extracting Executable

Thank You for help with this.

Thank you Bruce, I will.
I apologize for not reading the previous posts about SP3.

Type 'winver' in a Run box. You will see the expiration date if there is
one. I believe it is June 30. In no case will it expire on the date SP3
rtm's. Timebombs have no way of detecting when the product has been
superceded by the rtm release. There is no need to anyway since a date
certain is set in the software. The last pre-release build may or may not
be timebombed.
