Xp Service pack 2

Well downloaded and installed Service Pack 2, Now i notice when a second
window (that i opened) wont enlarge enough nor can i make it larger. Anyone
else notice this?
It's very frustrating not being able to see the page i want to see and i
cant scroll the side bar on the second page. Is there anyway to fix this
problem?

It would be nice if you at least told us what program you're talking about.
Perhaps somebody can help you then.
