XP Service pack 2 - error code 0X8007F01E

can't load above update, above error code keeps appearing. Anybody help please?
 
Hi There,

Rename the Catroot2 folder :

net stop cryptsvc
ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
net start cryptsvc

You should be able to install updates now.
