XP - Server 2000 Network Question

Hello,

I have a 2000 Server handling about 85 PC's in this building. For some
reason the 10-12 XP machines (w/SP2) have problems after about 30 minutes
getting to the network shared drives on the server.

My public drive after 20-30 minutes still shows as connected but when you
try to get to the drive I get the following error. "The system detected a
possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact
the server that authenticated you."

My 2000 machines DO NOT ever have this problem so I have a feeling it has
something to do with XP with the SP2 or something.

Any guidance or even something I can try to fix this with would be greatly
appreciated. By the way if you shut the system down and reboot you can get
back to the mapped drives just fine....???

HELP!!!

FORGOT TO ADD - When the mapped drives go down I cannot browse the network at
that point either.... I have messed with the windows firewall settings to no
avail...
