XP Security & Upgrade

I just upgraded several Windows 2000 computers on our
2000 domain (2003 controllers)and after the upgrade I can
no longer remotely manage any computer. The registry
won't open remotely, event viewer says "access denied"
and Remote Desktop says "can't log on interactively".


These features are fine when logged on locally, only
happens when using them remotely.

Anyone seen this before?

You can log into an upgraded client with a domain account ?
If so, machine is still joined validly. Then, is remote registry
service running ? Are default administrative shares defined ?
Is there anything granted use of remote desktop ?

I have the same problem

I can remotely manage w2k workstations but not the XP ones
Joined to a w2k mixed mode domain
remote registry service is running
"doman admins" added to the local administrator grou
remote desktop????
