Xp Security Patch 828035

Everyday I get an alert from WIndows Update Manager that I
need to install Security Patch 828035. I install it, and
then the next day I get the same Windows Update Manager
alert saying I need to install it. Does anybody have an
suggestions? I'd appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
