XP - resuming from hibernating fails

Hi!

At the time I installed Windows, my computer was able
to resume from hibernating, but since a couple of weeks
it freezes when Windows tries to resume from hibernating.
I don'n use any special devices like webcams or so. I
don't have any unsigned drivers. What should I make to
troubleshoot this problem?

Hi, Rick!

I have installed every update to Windows XP that my
computer downloaded automatically. Are these updates
those which do appear in the "Add or Remove Programs"
window as named "Windows XP Hotfix..."? If yes, how can I
decide which from them to roll back, and which not?
