Help!
I converted my system from fat32 to ntfs and now when i try to run
repair option
it does not detect my previous Windows ME installation. It asks me to
insert my
previous installation disk which should be Windows ME but i don't have
the disk.
My system came with the ME os already installed and i don't have a
disk. Is there
anything i can do? I only have the upgrade Xp edition so it want let me
do a clean
reinstall. Can anybody help me?

Thank you,
Liberty

What went wrong? The fat32 > ntfs conversion?
Why are you trying to do a repair?

That implies you're attempting to do an install, not a repair. Repair only
looks at the target OS image. Double check the options unless you've done
something really nasty to the %windir% structure.

At this juncture your options are limited. You can try to find a standard Me
OEM or upgrade somewhere.. Alternatively go buy a full version of XP.
