XP Reinstallion crashed system

hey i tried to reinstall xp cause i was missing
needed .dll files...setup fails and says"IRQL not less or
equal" and that i should disable my bios memory caching
and shadowing....what the hell am i to do???

Strip down your Computer to the bare essentials. Then try the reinstall
again. It's a hardware or device driver problem.
