Hope I understand what you are asking.Right click the
folder/program you want on the desktop(short cut),select
send to,and click desktop.It should appear on desk
top.Also to put a new folder there,right click on open
spot on desk top and select new then click on folder.A
new folder should appear and you can name it what ever
you want.
