XP refusal to "see" driver during installation

During the installation of a PCI wireless-G card the installation
wizard
always ends with the error message:
"The system cannot find the file specified".

I am definitely not making any mistakes here (file-path, correct
driver,
etc..). I had the same problem with a wireless card from another
manufacturer (Linksys). - same exact problem as with this one.

But they both install fine on my other system with the same OS and
specs,
just different motherboard.

Anyone have any ideas on this one?

And the docs for the card _specifically_ said to use the Installation
Wizaed?
