xp recovery

ok ive read the manual like ten to fifteen times , it says to make the discs
go to start - all programs - pc help and tools but i dont see pc help and
tools folder. can anyone help me out? (e-mail address removed)
 
Hi

What are you trying to do - a 'Repair' install of XP? Are you trying to
create a set of 6 floppy disks because you can't boot from the XP CD?
