XP reboots

Win XP Pro, SP2 fails and reboots several times a day. The error message
(after reboot) usualy says Device Driver Error (WHICH ONE), but sometimes
reports a Video device driver error(Thread stuck). I have replaced the video
card and loaded the latest driver (nVidia), and it still fails. Any
suggestions?

Have you install the latest AGP drivers from your motherboad
manufacturer?
