XP Reboots When Loggin In

Help!! Windows XP home edition. When any user clicks their login icon, the system says it's loading the user's settings, then after 15 seconds or so it reboots. Any ideas to troubleshoot this??

you may have the blaster virus. log on in safemode and do a virus scan and
make sure you have all your ms updates.
