Using CCleaner, so wasn't much to cleanup, I did run Disk CleanUp and
then Disk Defragmenter.
AND SpyBot, Ad-Aware, Ewido, and MS AntiSpy also. Just found a couple
of TRACKING COOKIES, which I deleted.

IS THIS BAD???

Using FREE ZoneAlarm version:6.1.737.000 which does not have AntiVirus,
just FireWall only. ( i think?)
Do NOT want to disable AVG.
