XP re-installation

I currently have XP home on my PC and I wish to re-format the HD and
re-install it. Will this create a problem with regards to Product
Activation or will it activate OK as its being installed on the same
computer?

It will be fine, you will still need to reactivate but it should do it
online without you needing to call the clearinghouse.
