XP professional Console Admin Password invalid

I am trying to enter the recovery console on an IBM T30 I purchased and it tells me the Administrator password is invalid. I know what I am typing is not. So I researched this and found there is indeed a bug discussed in MS article Q308402. Apparently there is a hotfix to take care of the problem since most likely my installation was created from an image the manipulated the password in such a way that makes it unrecognizable by the XP Professional recover console
Does anyone have this hotfix?

Just contact MS like it says to in the KB article. There will be no
charge for the hotfix.
