XP product code

Having problem install XP upgrade. So, can't
find "product code" to get help from MS Support. MS
instructions for finding product code only work after XP
installed.

It's on the XP cd packaging and it's an unique code that can be used only on one computer to prevent piracy. XP will not install unless you have this key.

That's not the "product code". You're referring to the "product key".
The code only appears after XP is installed.
