I have xp pro at my office and have purchased a new laptop with xp media. I
use pcanywhere to work from home and connect to my office computer. Will
media be compatible with pro or does my laptop need to have pro as the
operating system?

Thanks - KJL

XP Media edition is a superset of XP Pro, it has enhancements for multi
media stuff and does just about all XP Pro will do EXCEPT that it has no
support for Domains. So if you do not use domains then it should be OK, if
you do use domains then it will not be what you need.
