XP Pro SP2 wont warm boot - finally solved!

I originally posted mid December about this warm boot problem.

Now, I have solved the problem.
It happened to be connected with my USB2 card.

I removed my 2 cards one-by-one, the Firewire card and then then USB2 card.
With the USB2 card out the system warm rebooted fine. So, I fitted the card
into a different slot.
Windows rediscovered "new" hardware and installed its bits. I did a
"Restart" and everything is now OK!

My thanks to everyone who offered help and in particular to Malke.
