XP Pro refuses RDP connection EXCEPT if made from the SBS 2003 Ser

Environment: SBS 2003 Server, 10 XP Pro Sp2 PCs, all Dell brand.

All 10 PCs are configured the same, RDP enabled. 9 PCs grant RDP access as
expected. 1 PC will only grant RDP access to the SBS 2003 Server. This one
PC will deny RDP access to any other PC.

The PC NIC was changed, same denial. The port on the Ethernet switch was
changed, same denial.

QUESTION: What would cause a PC to grant RDP access to the SBS Server, but
deny RDP access to all others?

Thank you.

do you have any security software to restrict the other access except server?

Thanks for your interest.

I am a MS Partner, been working with MS since DOS. This is one of the
craziest things I have ever seen.

Answering your question: The client is using Norton Anti-Virus but not the
whole Security Suite. They are using XP Sp2 Firewall only and the RDP ports
are open.

The SBS 2003 Server install is basicall an out of the box default install.
No special trust relationships at the Domain level.

I am a systems guy, servers, infrastucture, etc. I am not as knowledgable
about XP and Desktop OS's in general.

Is there an XP trust that could cause this? I haven't got a clue.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.
