RDP Reboot

I use RDP to access the server ( windows 2003) and then RDP from the server
to a user (XP PRo). The user RDP session does not allow me to reboot the PC,
it is grayed out. There are times when I need to reobb the XP Pro PC and
cannot. I would appreciate any ideas

Thanks

You can try the shutdown or tsshutdn commands from the command line while in
the Remote Desktop session.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can try that but was hoping to find out how to
get restart and shutdown from being grayed out.
