Xp pro on my Fujitsu Lifebook I series

I upgraded from 98se to xp pro. The conversion went
great and everything seems to be working fine. But
whenever I return from hibernation mode, about 1/3 of the
time there are vertical lines on the display, and the
rest of the display is very garbled. The only way I see
to fix it is to reset the machine. I have all the
current drivers for the pc, and all of the required
updates. It doesn't happen all the time so I am kinda
perplexed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brian,

Sounds like your video diusplay adapter does not support the hibernate
function. Unless Fujitsu can provide you with a fix, you will not be able to
continue using it in this fashion.
