I recently had some computer problems (maybe a virus) that
required me to reformat my drive and subsequently, re-load
windows. However, when the files were being installed to
the hard drive in order to allow the set-up to begin, it
said that the CD was missing five files, which is causing
some problems. I don't know why it is doing it...I loaded
from that disk the first time with no problems.

The files that it says are missing are:

winlogon.exe
wmpcore.dll
crusoe.sys
driver.cab
wmpcd.dll

If anybody has ANY suggestions, please please please let
me know either through this, or by e-mail @
(e-mail address removed). Thank you soo much, I can't get my
computer to work without help!

I would try the format and install again. Just a thought, but make sure you
have no hardware, other than the mouse, keyboard, monitor and speakers
plugged into your system. Unplug the phone cord as well. Start the format
and install procedure as usual.
