xp pro instalation freeze during setup

i have a PIII 800 Mhz with 128 Mb and a soyo 7vba 133 motherboard.
I Tried to install win xp pro and it freeze during setup.
I need help!
I dont have the same problem with linux
 
Hi,

In this its really suggested to format the hard drive and do a installation.

This could be probably because of File system.
