XP Pro Evaluation copy - do I have to reinstall?

Hi all,

I've just installed a 120 day evaluation copy of XP Pro. When I purchase
the full copy, do I have to reinstall XP, upgrade it, enter in the new
product key and activate?

Any help appreciated.
