XP Pro Computer Restarts Immediately After Shut Down

My computer restarts in a second or less after it does a
normal shut down. It will not stay off unless I use the
power button. It is a new computer I am building and has
windows XP Pro installed. It did not do this at first but
I can not relate any driver/software install I did to when
it started doing this. The only software installed is the
applications and drivers that were supplied with the
hardware and Drive Immage 7. Any ideas on solving this
problem would be appreciated.

Thank you WS and Malke. I also looked up these support
files but the problem is my computer does shut down as it
should. the fans start powering down and indicators go out
for maybe half a second and then it does a normal startup
as if I had pushed the power button????
